Chrysler wants to produce a big version of Chevrolet Taheo sports utility and for this it seeks help from G.M. motors. It has been reported that the talks are going on in a positive direction but are still f ar from competition. Both the companies rely on SUV’s mostly for their business bur have suffered major losses in past years due to hike in gasoline prices.

Chrysler has announced to cut 13,000 hourly and salaried jobs and close all or part of four plants as part of an overhaul plan to cover the loss due to previous years but still is short of finance to take initiative to produce this large SUV on their own.
